Hi guys! Today, Kit and Felicity are decorating Easter eggs! 🙂 They are also making some chocolate bunnies using Kit’s chocolate making set.

We really love this set. It has everything that you need to make chocolate bunnies.

It comes with a bunny mold, three plastic chocolate bunnies, a double broiler, a spoon, chocolate bars, and a pretty easter basket.

It also comes with tulle and ribbons to wrap your chocolates in when they are done. The eggs are colourful styrofoam ones that we bought at the dollar store.

The egg dye is also American Girl, but it didn’t come with the chocolate making set. It comes with three colours, pink, blue and yellow. 

Kit has already made a few chocolate bunnies. 🙂 

Felicity, you should not stand on the chair like that. You might fall off.

But I can see better from up here.

Kit says you should never stand on chairs, It is not safe.

Oh fine, if you insist.

(This so reminds me of a certain Little Miss who always wants to stand on chairs, or else lean way back on them. She’s fallen off of chairs a few times now. 😦 Luckily nothing major, but still they never seem to learn. *sigh* )

Bubble gum from the dollar store makes perfect eggs in cartons. 

The little fuzzy chicks are so cute! 🙂 We got them from the dollar store too, along with the little white bunnies. 

The chocolate bars don’t fit in the top of the double broiler, but they do fit in the bottom. I thought that this was a bit odd, but the play value is still huge with this set. The Little Miss has been pretending to make chocolates for her dolls all afternoon.

After pretending to decorate eggs for a while, we decided that we’d better decorate some eggs for real.
