CREATIONS WITH LITTLE MISS ~ REAL MINI COOKING

Hi guys! Today we are here to do some mini cooking! Lately the Little Miss has been obsessed about watching real mini cooking tutorials on YouTube. Our favourite is the Mimine Cooking Show. She doesn’t speak English, but her mini kitchen is the cutest thing you’ve ever seen!

At first we thought that we would purchase a mini stove like hers, but the prices on eBay were outrageous, so that was out.

Instead, we found a mini griddle for $11 at the bargain store that we thought would be the next best thing! It worked like a charm! The Little Miss was able to spend countless hours mixing, and cooking in miniature.

If you would like to do some mini cooking of your own, here is what you will need:

A mini griddle or a mini frying pan

Plastic bottle caps/small lids

Small doll plates

Paring knife

Any mini utensils

1/8 teaspoon or a small spoon

Toothpicks

Food you can use includes:

Beaten egg, bread slice, pancake batter, cheese, peppers/onions, butter, jam, syrup, powdered sugar, flour, water, cocoa powder, milk, sugar etc.

But anything goes in the mini kitchen!

Note: If you don’t have mini doll plates, you can use orange juice tabs.

(We have a ton of these) Just snip off the plastic ring.

Warning: Parental supervision is required for mini real cooking.

Okay, let’s get cooking!! 🙂

First, let’s get some stuff out of the mini fridge! We have a real stick of butter, and a cup of real syrup in our fridge. 🙂

Here’s the mini griddle! We are using a 1/8 teaspoon to scoop out tiny scoops of pancake batter.

The first order is up! Pink bunny is having a mini pancake with butter and syrup!

Yummy!

Next up is scrambled eggs and toast! You can use a tooth pick to scramble the eggs on the grill.

We just cut a tiny bread slice out of a regular slice of bread. Then we toasted it on the grill.

Breakfast is served!! 🙂 Spread jam on your mini toast using a toothpick or mini utensil.

If you would like to have a mini omelette instead, just chop up some green or red peppers, onions or anything that you like.

Then add the toppings to your eggs.

If you want bagels instead of toast, simply cut a tiny circle out of the bread. Using a straw, punch a hole out of the centre of your circle.

Next, grill your bagels.

Add butter, and serve warm! 🙂

Here we’ve added some more ingredients to our mini fridge.

Let’s make a mini grilled cheese sandwich!

Cut out your bread slices and a small slice of cheese.

Next, grill your sandwich.

Cut your sandwich in half, and serve!

Add a green pepper, or a pickle garnish.

What’s next? The possibilities are endless really. We used some cocoa powder, flour, milk and sugar to mix up some chocolate cookie batter in a soda pop lid.

Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top!

Flour, milk, sugar, eggs, butter, and cocoa powder bakes up a nice chocolate brownie cake.

We used blue chocolate melts to make some icing, but you could just use icing sugar and water.

And of course if you are going to do all of this mini cooking, you’ve just gotta do it in a fun, fuzzy, rainbow leopard print onesie! 😛 ❤

Hooray for mini real cooking!!! We highly recommend it. It is so much fun, and it’s definitely yummy!! 🙂

I hope that you enjoyed!

PS. Sorry for not posting for a while, but holy moly have we been busy lately! Spring has finally sprung upon us, and we are definitely in the mood for it! 🙂 We’ve been sewing up a storm for Easter. We also have some fun Easter crafts to post about, so definitely stay tuned for that!!
