Today we will be doing a fashion feature on 2016 GOTY Lea Clark!
We don’t own Lea yet, but that’s okay because Emily is here to showcase Lea’s style!
We purchased this adorable romper set from the MyLifeAs at Walmart. We thought it was just so Lea that we had to have it! 🙂
These little sets run for about $10 each which is a reasonable price for doll clothing. Frankly, we have never purchased any AG brand clothing for that reason alone. I feel like it is far too overpriced. I can buy child sized clothing for cheaper than that!
My soapbox is getting too high. I need to step down now. Ahem. LOL! 🙂
This little outfit comes with a romper, a pair of white sunglasses, and a pink flower hairband. We added the little camera because Lea loves to take pictures. Her hiking boots are also MyLifeAs Walmart brand.
Lea also has some sporty bracelets. We used these finds from the dollar store. They are supposed to be wine and beer charms, but we think they are adorable as bracelets for the dolls.
Lea is hanging out at the DIY beach fruit stand today. She is hoping to get some pictures of the sea turtles, and maybe go for a hike. Luckily she found a great walking stick!
Here’s a little turtle to photograph! Lea picks him up, and puts him on the table. He doesn’t seem to mind it up there. At least, he’s not trying to get away. 🙂
Lea’s walking stick is just a branch, and her camera is a keychain. If you press the button, the little flash goes off! It’s really cute. We purchased two of these little cameras from eBay for a dollar. 🙂 The camera strap is a piece of Tapefitti. We just folded it in half, sticky sides together. I like the colours!
It looks just like a real camera! ❤
Lea’s hairband has a silk flower. I’m not a huge fan of these hairbands, they don’t fit as well as I would like, but it’s still cute.
Lea has spotted some great hiking trails down the way. She is ready to head off on her hike! Bye Lea!! We hope you have a great day!

Just a note: I tried to purchase Lea Clark from the Canadian AG website today. I figured I should take advantage of the free shipping promotion that they have going on right now while I can, but it won’t let me. The site just keeps blocking me from making the purchase. If anyone has any information about this, please let me know. It allows me to make other purchases at this time, just not the GOTY. Is there a reason for this? The American website works just fine. Hmmm…
Faking It Mostly 
I have never seen a cuter My Life outfit! I am impressed! I am thinking about getting Lea too… fortunately we have an AG store close by, hopefully you can figure out what is up with the AG website.

I went back and tried again, and it worked this time! It must have been a glitch in the system or something. Luckily, I figured it out in time to use the free shipping code! She was still pretty expensive being that the exchange rate is so crazy right now, but the free shipping is nice.

I have that little camera! Actually, I have two, one in black and one in blue. I like how you did the camera strap, I need to come up with something for mine that works better than the ribbon I have on it. Everything is so cute.
I would call AG and see what they say. I know there are some items they simply won’t sell in Canada, but I think that sounds odd for Lea.

Thanks! I will try calling them. I think it’s odd too. Usually if they don’t sell an item in Canada, it just isn’t offered on the site.
